Jayne Hats

Hi,

So Fox is not allowing people to sell Jayne hats anymore. Are we still allowed to have people make them and donate them to our auction?

I see no problem with making and donating a Jayne Hat. Let's do what we do until we are told to stop. Dave

I can't see any legal problem with knitting hats, wearing hats, or giving hats as gifts in gratitude to people who have made a generous donation to CSTS...

And Think Geek has announced that they are donating all proceeds from the sale of the Jayne Hats to CSTS for Equality Now. They are good folk and while this is all unfortunate, they were clearly caught by surprise as well.
