Info/Press Packets

Hey All

I need some help.

Part of my job for helping to organize our 2014 event here in Grande Prairie, Alberta is to make the community more aware of who and what we are and do.
I'm looking to put together some information packets on Can't Stop The Serenity and what it is we do and why do it to take out to newspapers and other media outlets, as well as various businesses in town. I was wondering if any of my fellow browncoats could give me some ideas on how to do this and if y'all had tips on where I could look for information I can use?
