I have been in contact with an American who is working with the U.N. police force in Kosovo. He is planning to have a CSTS affiliate event, but only if there is no emergency or unrest in the region. In other words, it's not a definite.
For that reason, he was reluctant to post on the board in case they had to cancel. He didn't want anyone to be disappointed.
But I thought it wise to at least mention the possibility. I think it's heartening to see the Browncoat presence in the EU growing and becoming more active.
Our fellow Browncoat goes by Biscuit. He and his police buddies are big fans and plan to sit down to watch Serenity if they can. I'll be sending him as much encouragement as possible.
