Crest Hill, IL affiliate event 9/26

with my job I cant really plan anything big.. I just never know if I will be working on that day
so planning a small get together
very beginning stages

thinking something like a BBQ, maybe playing Firefly the game. costume contest etc..

of course my Job screwed this up on me, which I had a feeling it would.

so now I need to move this to either Wednesday 9/23, but most likely Wednesday 9/30 my new days off.
I will also have to move it to a friends home. so its going to only be friends and family. I can not invite strangers to their home... which it then will have to be a private event.

does this still count as an event if its a private event?
I have friends and family coming still planing on coming no matter which day I choose.

but as far as a CSTS affiliate event, will I have to cancel it or can I continue as a private event?

CSTS affilaite events can be private. There was one just last week. Just send updated info to the events email.
