just an idea.. over at the Rebel Legion and 501st we do a "Blast a Trooper" sometimes "Blast Jar Jar" at conventions we could do a "Blast a Reaver" have someone dress as a reaver and have nerf guns ready to shoot. $1 donation for the smaller guns $5 donation for a really big guns.. or another Idea I've been thinking about...I think would be more fun How about a "Show down with Jayne or Mal (or whoever) 5-10 paces and turn and shoot. $1-$5 donation... |

The blaster range bring in lots of money and is a hit with people. But be aware that the troopers have helmets on and people seem to like aiming for the head. They also like the darts sticking to the armour. If you plan on having something like this make sure the Reaver has some eye protection. Besides the target we find you need around 3 people selling/manning the booth. Picking up the darts and loading the weapons takes quite a bit of time. Darts gets damaged/lost so make sure you have a lot of extras. |
