The PDX Browncoats Workgroup posted a public statement today with some suggestions for de-centralizing the CSTS-Global power base and creating more transparent and democratic decision-making processes: http://forums.pdxbrowncoats.com/index.php?topic=1548.0 I would have posted it in the planning threads, but since it was a response prompted by b!X's blog-post and the resulting fandom discussion, and it touches on the missing money issue, it seemed more appropriate for this thread. |
