In need of help because of auction

This probably isn't the place, sorry, but I didn't know where else to turn.

I won the ebay auction for the Angel Aftermath draft + comics, for the charity.

It's been weeks now, and no items, or reply to my messages.

Anyone who has any ideas who I should e-mail and complain? I just got a phone nr, and I'd rather not pay for that overseas bill.
