Tucson, AZ US - 17 September 2009 (Reg)

We will be holding a screening again in Tucson if we can get some local help - right now most of the active Arizona Browncoats are in the Phoenix metro area.

Please feel free to send me a pm if you need more info or you are willing to help organize.

Actually, the flyer specifically says "Phoenix, Arizona" on it....
We are still working with our folks in Tucson to determine if there will end up being a screening there at all.
Please hold off on distributing anything there until further notice.

T-shirts
All shirts are made of a high quality 6.1oz cotton fabric. T-Shirts are black, with a 6-color printing process on the front, and a 2-color process on the back. The women's sizes have the same body width as the men's sizes, but are shorter in body and sleeve length.

The global CSTS organizers held a contest to choose this year's logo and poster design. The latest from the CSTS Event Update:

CSTS Tucson, AZ US - 17 September (Serenity & Dr Horrible)
It's time for some Serenity in Tucson! CSTS Tucson will be taking off at The Loft Cinema at 6:30pm. The event will include a screening of Serenity along with Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog, as well as a shadowcast of Dr. Horrible by the Vampire Bunny Slayers (think Rocky Horror style, only better). There will also be costume contests and raffles, so get into character and be prepared for some fun! Tucson will once again give 20% of its intake to the Women's Foundation of Southern Arizona. Tickets are $8, and are now available from The Loft Cinema by phone on (520) 795-0844 or at the cinema. The event is hosted by the Arizona Browncoats and you can read more about it here:

And our totals are finally in! Tucson managed to boost it's numbers over 2008 thanks to the guiding hand of my Tucson CSTS Lead Matthew Hewitt.

Total attendance: 434 people (theater capacity = 500)
Women's Foundation of Southern Arizona (WFSA) = $660.95 (20% of the total intake)
Equality Now = $2,643.79
