Withdrawn - Possible event in Western New Jersey

Hello, all!
I've been wanting to be part of of one of the CSTS screenings for the past couple of years but the closest ones are actually over an hour and in big cities like Philly. So I finally figured if I wanted a screening closer to home then I better get off my butt and make it happen.

I need to know if there is enough interest for western NJ - Washington in Warren County. We don't have the date yet. I only contacted the theatre this afternoon and I'm waiting for the manager there to review the documents.

I know there are a lot of fans but I need people to commit to helping out whether it's just by paying the donation to attend, appearing in costume or actually volunteering with publicity and whatever else is needed (like website chores).

just a word of advice though, this board is mostly populated by organisers and their teams, so it's probably not the best place to be asking if people will come to your screening. jump on myspace, facebook, yahoo groups etc, and look for browncoat and sci fi groups in your area/country and ask there. youll get a much better response in those places.
