Can you put me in touch with who's running the Melb event so we can get them setup on the CSTSANZ site? I already put Lonny as a screening on there, but as Amanda is not being forthcoming with details again this year, I haven't been able to do any more than that.

I am the organiser for Melbourne.

Melbourne Browncoats will have it's own site up in the next week or so, which will include CSTS and our various charity activites at Supanova, Armageddon etc, and our various social activities.

Venue details are still being worked out, and we're trying to fit out dates around the Continuum 5 convention, which will be in Melbourne on 14-16 August (www.continuum.org.au).

As soon as we've got it locked down, we'll post it here! :D

That's awesome news.

Be sure to send in your reg form if you haven't. I'm only saying this because so far I don't see it updated on the global form. And I'm very happy to see more from Down Under. WHOOT!

Cool! There are others I've had email from and I was looking at the bottom of the form and not the top. lol Because a couple people recently sent forms in. All hail dyslexia!

Hi everyone!

We have plans to put on 2 (possibly 3?) events this year, and it's all looking very exciting (but a bit hush-hush until we lock away the details). Events will take place in August and September at this stage.

We're in the process of locking down our venue, which will be a new one for this year. It's close to the CBD and if we get it all squared away and shiny like, then it has the wonderful benefit of coming very cheap, which means more money for Equality Now!

We already have some amazing items for our live auction, as well as raffle, trivia and costume competition prizes.

If you're interested in volunteering on the Organising Committee, would like to become a sponsor or donate a prize to the event, please drop us a line at browncoats.dowunder@gmail.com

We'll provide updates here as soon as they're available!

:)

There's lots of fun and excitement planned, as well as some amazing raffle, auction and costume competition prizes!

We'll have more details for you soon, including the announcement of the currently so-super-secret-that-we-can't-tell-you-yet location, schedule of events, list of prizes and how to get tickets.
