Hey folks,

While theres no offical Browncoats, that i know of, in Las Cruces, I know there is alot of Browncoats at heart. There is also a fairly large community here that whole heartedly supports the Equality Now movement. So, after reading the back of a comic book I decided to pull together some people and get the ball rolling. I've got a second, and we are both already talking to the two local independent movie theaters, as well as some of the drama theaters with screening capabilities. We're pulling strings with the local GLBTs and Pride originations as well to see about stirring up some interest.

I realize it's a little late in the game to start, but we still want to try and at lest get an affiliate event running. So far the folk we've been talking to have been very enthusiastic about the idea.
