Official Update for Arizona. Our non-profit has decided to hold CSTS once again in 2009. I've been selected as this year's head organizer.

June 2009 - 5/6: 12/13 :20/21 [hopefully]

Browncoats of New York City will be returning to the scene after unfortunately being forced to miss the 2008 event. We had very successful events in 2006 and 2007 and look to return with a vengence.

This year we are looking to change things up a bit. We are going to be having a Dinner/Dance type event with either a screening during drinks/dinner or possibly some live dinner theater based on the 'Verse!

We are shooting for the end of June, just working on smoothing out some of the details before we have a firm date.

I helped coordinate the 2006 and 2007 Screenings.

3. Is this the first year for your City/Region?
No, however our 2008 plans cratered.

4. Will you be doing a screening, an affiliated event, or both?
Our plan is to do a Shindig fundraiser to include showing the movie during the event.

5. Will you be doing one screening or multiple screenings?
Only one screening.

June 28th is the target date. We are finalizing the venue.

Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA, Southwest here.

As it says in the "new groups in 2009" thread, we're upgrading to a screening from an affiliate event this year, and Moon from Denver will be helping us out.

We'll probably only do a single screening, sometime in June, final date TBD.
