I did. I'm the admin head for Global and the head for Daytona Beach Browncoats. If you would like to make use of my account, please feel free to contact me. There is a charge for a press release, but nothing that breaks a bank account. I signed up as the main spokesperson for my Browncoat group, but did put in the application that there were others groups I was allowed to do press-releases for. Therefore you are more than welcome to make use of me. You just tell me what you want and I can get the pricing for you, then sumbit the release as well. But yes, at least one person has access to PR Newswire in the Global Group.
