Dr. Horrible screening

I'm trying to organize a screening of Dr. Horrible in Germany at my university, but I can't find any information where to ask. Does anyone know who I have to contact?

Yeah, I stopped by www.doctorhorrible.net (that's where licensing info had been available in the past) but the website is down.
I wanted to find out about screening Dr. Horrible at a non-profit, non-CSTS event. So I'd love to know where else to look.

We have someone looking into the standard official process that would be followed for obtaining screening licenses for both charity/non-profit events and normal events.
