Alamo City Browncoats are pleased to return to NDG SciFest on July 13th and 14th at Wonderland of the Americas mall in San Antonio, TX.

This is a great opportunity to bring the whole family out to this FREE convention. This year's theme is vampires and demons with celebrity guest James C. Leary, who portrayed Clem on Buffy the Vampire Slayer. There are plenty of vendors and costume contests for adults and kids. This indoor convention is free admission and free parking. It's an experience you can't miss.

This is also the site of Alamo City Browncoats' annual Can't Stop The Serenity. This year we're supporting Equality Now and the San Antonio Food Bank. This is a wonderful chance to help bring about a much-needed change in the world. Your monetary donations will be delivered to Equality Now, while non-perishable food donations will go to the Food Bank. We have some nice thank you gifts for our donors. Another successful CSTS for San Antonio and Alamo City Browncoats. We still have donations coming in from those that couldn't make it to SciFest so no totals yet. Thank you for the items from the Global Team. They helped bring in some more donations and made some Browncoats very happy. We've even started toying with some ideas for a new game to help with donations. The California Browncoats and the Star Wars Society are to be thanked for planting this seed
