Contact Info for Universal

I am working with a theater that is recently reopened and mostly run by volunteer work. So they don't have previous Universal contacts. I have scoured the Internet and sent off many emails to many people but I haven't actually been able to contact a single person at Universal. Does anyone have contact information email/phone/whatever that they have used to secure licensing in the past?
