Well, the theater director backed out, refused to sign the licensing agreement. I have found a much smaller venue. Think of it as a friends large living room. It is now going to be Friday, Sept. 10th, 8:00pm at the Eisner award winning comic store, Brave New World. They can seat about 50, we are working out the final number this week.
Newhall is north of the San Fernando Valley. If you have ever driven past Magic Mountain,in the Santa Clarita Valley, you have driven past Newhall.
It wasn't my first choice, but the owners are friends of mine and have graciously offered to help out so that there will be a screening, albeit a small one. I will be announcing the final # of seats available within the next week.

There are a total of 40 seats for the screening. We will be starting off with Dr. Horrible at 8:00pm, followed by a prize drawing, then Serenity! Tickets are available @www.socalbrowncoats.com
