Awesome!! I was curious about your crew, as you ran such a great sounding event last year! I love the idea of a whole weekend away with Browncoats and it sounds like the setting for your event this year is perfect!

I can see how it would be confusing to have your event listed as CSTS Nashville when it's in Kentucky! But I'm sure that if you want to retain the Nashville bit, you could always do what the California Browncoats did last year for their Orange County event, listing is as CSTS Orange County (Irvine)? Maybe list it on the forums and website as Nashville TN (Scottsville KY)?

In 2008 I attended the CSTS event in Austin, TX and had a blast. Then in 2009 the local browncoats organized a CSTS event here in Houston so I didn't have to do that long drive to participate. It was held in June and was a lot of fun. But I don't see Houston registered this year and haven't heard a peep locally. Does anyone have any contact info for the Houston Browncoats who ran the event here last year?

I don't recall there being a Houston event in 2009. There were definitely events in Austin & San Antonio (organised by the ) and Dallas (organised by the ). The last Houston CSTS event was in 2008.

Your best bet would be signing up for the forum at and see if there are any plans to host an event in 2010.

Vancouver still isn't listed as selling tickets, although I have posted twice. Tickets have been on sale for over a month now. The list only shows Sydney as having tickets on sale. Should be be PMing Kethra - or somebody else?

Gayle, you should PM Matt (aka soonaboom). Matt is the Global Team's webmonkey and will be managing the regular updates to the website (cities, tickets on sale, calendar etc).
