We’re excited to be once again be involved with Can’t Stop the Serenity – a global charity event featuring “Serenity”. This is our fifth year, and we’re planning to make our event the best yet! To achieve this lofty goal, we need your help! If you’d like to help plan, promote and run the 2010 Can’t Stop the Serenity charity event, we’d love to have your on our crew. After a highly successful pre-launch promo event at last week's Gaming Boot Camp, we're officially launching our CSTS season THIS WEDNESDAY! We’re in the home straight of this year’s Can’t Stop the Serenity, and we’re super excited to announce that we’ve already raised over $7,500 for Equality Now. Wait… what was that? How much?? OVER SEVEN THOUSAND AND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS!!! We’re got some cashy money to be finalised from the Dr Horrible event, and we’ve still got one more event to go, so we’re not finished yet! So bring your friends to our final event and let’s see if we can hit the 8k mark! This is an incredible achievement, and we’re so glad to have your support this year. We couldn’t do it without you!!! Our final event was cancelled because our venue backed out at the last minute. We anticipate finalising our donation in the next few weeks (we've sent in the bulk but there's still a bit more to be donated to EN). Thanks to everyone who has supported CSTS Melbourne in 2010!! |
