I booked our theatre (the auditorium at the H.R. MacMillan Space Centre where we've had CSTS Vancouver the past couple of years) for Saturday, June 25, 2011 and am starting to plan our event.

Hmm. Now that I'm not running the Toronto one maybe it is time to see others in action. San Diego's was fun last year, and I'm sure that Vancouver's would be as well....

I think we have to wait Vancouver is officially accepted as a CSTS city. We haven't got the application form up yet.

Yes, any notification should wait since we haven't officially registered yet. @CSTSVancouver will twitter when we're official and then anybody can retweet - the more the merrier. I just wanted to book the space before the end of the year (2010) in case the renting policy changed.
