Browncoats: Redemption Winners Announced!

It looks like CSTS Boston has dropped their option to receive a rough cut of Browncoats: Redemption. We are looking at the other essay's to chose an alternate location.

We are extremely appreciative that the folks behind Browncoats: Redemption have recently decided that they are willing to share not only an exclusive preview DVD with every event and a rough cut to seven lucky cities, but that they will also provide copies of the final film following it's release to those events that take place after it's release.

All of our sponsors give freely to support Can't Stop the Serenity fundraising activities, and we respect their right to amend their level of support as circumstances change. We are pleased that this change is one which increases their level of support.

While not every event will be able to benefit from this extra surprise, as the film will not be released until September 4, we are still delighted that the opportunity is available. Some cities may even choose to take advantage of this to host a special screening to raise funds for Equality Now as part of CSTS, and it could be a perfect Affiliate Event opportunity.

Melbourne Browncoats are definitely considering how we can make the most of this wonderful news.

I have a question on behalf of the Ottawa Browncoats about the 12 minutes of footage every city is receiving.

Does this include Canadian cities? Last year, Ottawa did not receive any of the pre-screening videos, the one from Equality Now nor the one with all the fans saying words to describe Serenity.

I want to verify that we will get the footage as I am so excited to see it ^___^

That is probably because of the change over in leadership in Ottawa. We got ours in Toronto.

Now I have been tasked to ask, the Redemption footage coming on a DVD with the merchandise? Or is it sent electronically?
