Is Pacific time on the deadline - PST? By my calculations, I (being in the UK) will have to submit my artwork by 07:59am 15th Feb as GMT/UTC is 8 hours ahead of PST.

Could Kazia please make marg and Jenski have their name in a different colour to Red or Green to distinguish them as GSC?

is the publically available artwork, your event organiser has access to the 'toolbox' with the HQ artwork in pds, eps, png, jpg
If they can't get it to you have them email or pm me and i'll see what I can do

From what little I know of such things, if they weren't done as vector images, it takes a lot of effort to make them vector and not all art can be converted and look good.
Kintay, you may be out of luck and have to deal with what we have.
