Are we allowed to show Dr. Horrible this year?

I just wanted to make sure that we have the rights to show Dr. Horrible this year, and see if there are any licensing fees.

We are still working with Camp Joss to secure the rights for Dr. Horrible this year. So if you are planning your event, you need to keep in mind that we do not know for sure yet if we can show Dr. Horrible. We will post the "yes" or "no" as soon as we know something concrete.

I suggest continuing to on securing venue, etc for your event, and submit your registration form after you secure your venue. A big deadline is coming up on March 31st for registration, so keep that in mind.

What is the latest on this one? Any updates?

Since the above link isn't available to mere mortals - Any updates on this? I've seen several cities posting that they are screening Dr. Horrible but haven't seen anything on this site indicating licensing has been granted?

The process to obtain permission is progressing (it's quite different from last year). There is no answer yet, but we should hear something shortly.

But in the meantime, we're very excited to share that we have been given permission to include "Megabot" (a web series starring Fran Kranz from "Dollhouse") and some other goodies.
