We always have a costume contest as part of our Raleigh, NC, screening event, but this year is shaping up to be something really special. Our three guest judges are going to be award-winning costumer Jennie Faries (who is also a graphic designer for Baen Books), sci-fi author Mark L. Van Name, and Sam Montgomery-Blinn, editor of Bull Spec magazine. And our trophies are a wonder to behold! Check out the first place trophy, created and donated by Wake Forest Awards (a local Browncoat-owned operation).
