Creativity is good, though they are correct that each take different considerations. Most theaters will charge extra for showing the movie more than once 'cause that's time in their theater that could be used for something else, not to mention staffing needs. We've done a double feature before, and probably one of the biggest complications was getting the raffle done. We got through it though.
To me IDs are more of an individual event choice. I guess if there was to be a 'global design' created for people to use if they wanted that could register as something for everyone to take into consideration, but I surely don't think it necessary to require badges of all CSTS screenings and/or events.
The flyers last year pretty much fit this suggestion of mini-posters (can't remember year one's design off the top of my head), allowing for a decent amount of space to add individual event details. We did modify this year's as best we could for those purposes as well, and I think they can be posted easily in many places cheaply.

Just to clarify, both the fff.net questioner and SaVaGe are correct on their respective counts: The film rental is the same whether you show it once or twice or thrice during your event (what the fff.net questioner wondered). But the venue rental, obviously, is up to the venue (what SaVaGe points out).

Nametags is something we had planned to include this year and somehow it slipped through the cracks.
They weren't going to be hi-tech, customizable ones. Just an average peel-n-stick, "Hi, My name is...."
It's an inexpensive way to help your local Browncoats get to know each other. It only helps strengthen the community as a whole.

{{In addition to banners, could mini-posters be made, that could fit into car windows? I frequent cinemas, and having a poster with details in the window as the moviegoers walk by might bring in more than just us die-hards. If the mini-poster had a blank spot for local cinema and screen time, than might be cool as well as easy. For that matter, are there Serenity sun shades being sold/made?}}
Last year, I wrote on my car window with those markers - and drove around with that. I did think of a poster this year, but my van has tinted windows - the markers showed up well.
